1. Independent Entity
iFixComputer is an independent third-party computer repair and technical support service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the hardware manufacturers or software developers for which we may provide service.
2. No Brand Affiliation
We provide technical support for a wide variety of brands, including but not limited to:
- Apple® (Mac®, MacBook®, iMac®, iPhone®)
- Dell®
- HP® (Hewlett-Packard)
- Lenovo®
- Microsoft® (Windows®, Surface®)
- Acer®
- Asus®
- Samsung®
iFixComputer is not an authorized service provider for any of these brands. Our services are offered independently of the brand owners.
3. Trademarks and Brand Names
All trademarks, logos, brand names, and product names mentioned on our website or in our communications are the property of their respective owners. The use of these names, trademarks, and brands is for identification and reference purposes only. Such use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark holders. We are not asserting any ownership over these trademarks.
4. Service Warranty
Using our third-party support services may affect your device’s manufacturer warranty. It is your responsibility to understand the terms of your manufacturer’s warranty. iFixComputer provides its own warranty on services performed, the terms of which will be provided to you with your service agreement.
5. Acknowledgment
By choosing to use the services of iFixComputer, you acknowledge that you understand we are an independent service provider and are not acting on behalf of any original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
