Diagnostic Fee
The diagnostic fee is non-refundable. It applies to all repairs, even if the device (phone, laptop, computer, or any electronic gadget) cannot be repaired, or if the customer cancels the job.LCD Screen Prices
The quoted prices are for aftermarket LCD screens. If you want OEM or original refurbished screens (better quality), please let us know at the time of booking. No Warranty on Liquid or Badly Damaged Phones
No warranty is provided on liquid-damaged or badly damaged phones. Examples: smashed LCD, bent frame, or broken rear panel.
In these cases, we only give warranty on the part we replaced. For example, if we replace the LCD and the phone later has restart/shutdown problems, we will test our LCD in another phone. If our part works fine, we take no responsibility. Talk to a technician if you need clarification.Parts Ordered for Customers
If we order parts on your behalf and take a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable as we order parts on customer behalf.Device Passwords
We require your phone/computer password to test the device before and after repair. If the password is incorrect or not given, we take no responsibility if some functions don’t work.Warranty on Parts
All fitted parts come with 3 to 6 months warranty, unless stated otherwise. We only check the specific fault the gadget was booked for, unless you request (and pay for) a full assessment.Warranty on Repairs
All repairs come with 3 months warranty, unless specified.
LCDs are fragile. If broken due to pressure (in pocket, dropped, or harsh use), warranty is void. The top glass may look fine while the LCD underneath breaks—this is not covered.Physical Damage Not Covered
Physical damage (liquid damage, drops, pressure on screen, etc.) is not covered by warranty.
If a device returned under warranty is found to have physical damage, a diagnostic fee will apply.
In case of dispute, the customer must get a third-party opinion at their own cost and provide a report.Warranty is for Replaced Parts Only
Warranty only covers the part we replaced, not the whole device.Data Loss
We are not responsible for any data loss during repair. Please back up your data before booking your gadget.Device Collection
Customers must collect their device within 1 month of repair and pay the fee in full.
Device will not be given back until full payment is made.
If not collected within 1 month, the gadget will be disposed of or sold to recover costs. By booking your gadget, you authorize us to do so.Warranty Repair Time
Warranty repairs cannot be checked immediately. Please allow reasonable time for testing and fixing.Software / Operating System Issues
We are not responsible if the system gets corrupted, virus-infected, or third-party software fails due to customer misuse or negligence.SIM / SD Cards
Please remove your SIM card and SD card before giving your phone for repair. We are not responsible for any loss.Water Resistance After Repair
After repair, phones, tablets, and gadgets will no longer be water-resistant or waterproof. Any liquid or physical damage will void warranty.Logic Board Repairs
Logic board repairs require removing all peripherals, stickers, and metal plates to check components like capacitors, resistors, diodes, fuses, and ICs.
Some faulty components may need to be permanently removed. Stickers/plates cannot be put back.
If the logic board is beyond repair, faulty parts cannot be soldered back.
Screen protectors may be removed during repair and cannot be re-applied. By agreeing to logic board repair, you accept these terms.Customer-Requested Part Replacements (Without Diagnostic)
If you ask us to replace a part (e.g., battery) without diagnostic, we are not responsible if the issue is unrelated. Example: If you request a battery replacement without diagnostic, but later find the problem wasn’t the battery, it won’t be covered by warranty.
However, if the replaced part itself is faulty and still within warranty, we will replace it.
